Listing Equipment for Sale on Fuelled Marketplace

Fuelled allows you to create marketplace listings in two ways:

This is the recommended workflow for most organizations because it keeps your equipment inventory organized while allowing you to quickly publish assets for sale.

Navigate to:

Asset Manager → Equipment → New Equipment

Create your equipment record and add:

Equipment can be catalogued using:

Navigate to:

Asset Manager → Equipment

Select the equipment you want to sell.

Open the Action menu and select:

Convert To Listing

Fuelled automatically creates a marketplace listing using information already stored in the equipment record.

Complete any missing listing information and change the listing status to:

Available

Your listing is now visible to buyers on Fuelled Marketplace.

If equipment does not need to be catalogued first, you can create a listing directly from Marketplace.

Navigate to:

Marketplace → Listings

Select:

New Listing

Fuelled provides three listing creation options.

Build a listing manually.

Select an existing equipment record from Asset Manager and automatically populate the listing.

Create a listing using parts already catalogued in Asset Manager.

Work through the listing sections:

Upload photos, videos, manuals, and supporting documentation.

Change the listing status from:

Draft → Available

The listing immediately becomes visible to buyers on Fuelled Marketplace.

For most organizations, Fuelled recommends:

Catalogue Equipment → Convert To Listing → Publish

This creates a complete equipment record in Asset Manager while making it easy to market equipment to buyers on Fuelled Marketplace.
