Overview
Quick Catalogue is designed for speed and efficiency when large volumes of equipment need to be captured quickly.
Instead of entering detailed specifications, documents, and technical information on-site, users can create a basic equipment record in minutes. The equipment is then saved to Asset Manager with a status of Review Required, allowing administrators or inventory teams to complete the remaining details later from the Fuelled+ Web Dashboard.
This workflow is ideal for:
Yard audits
Fleet inventory projects
Consignment intake
Equipment appraisals
Site visits
Equipment acquisitions
Legacy inventory migration
Field cataloguing with limited time available
